The following song clips were recorded by Buddy just before his untimely death in 1959.

They were recorded in his apartment in New York with just his voice a guitar some imagination and his Ampex tape recorder.

These have got to be the most interesting of his recordings as you don't know if he had lived, how they would have sounded if he and the crickets had reformed and recorded them?
